SEN Information

Inclusion

At Thorpe, we pride ourselves on being a highly inclusive primary school, which strives to meet the individual needs of all of our learners. The importance of each child achieving their potential is at the heart of everything we do.

We work in partnership with children, parents/carers and other agencies to provide the best possible educational outcomes for all our children, including those with a range of additional and complex needs.

Details of the arrangements for the admission of children with special educational needs and disabilities and the steps taken to prevent them from being treated less favourably than others are outlined in the SEN policy below.

Our SENCO

Our SENCO here at Thorpe Primary School is Mrs Sam Brookes

Mrs Brookes is in school Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and can be contacted via the main switchboard on 0113 5217040, or an email to sam.brookes@thorpe.leeds.sch.uk.
