Welcome to Year 3
Year 3 is an important year for progress and independence in our children; a year to embed all of the knowledge learnt in Key Stage 1; a year to start developing our individuality as children.
Y3 Staffing

Our PE Days
Our PE days are: Monday and Friday
On PE days, the children come to school wearing their PE kit - this comprises of a blue/white t-shirt, blue/black leggings, shorts or tracksuit bottoms, blue/black jumper and suitable trainers.
All jewellery, including earrings, must
also be removed.
Homework expectations
- Please read with your child 3 times a week.
- Practise spellings handed out every Friday and these are tested on following Friday.
- Times table practice (using TTRS or other equivalent resources)
Please ensure your child brings in their reading record daily.
